This is at VIR in Alton/Danville, VA. I've seen plenty of video from that track, plus a little of myself - this car/driver is hittin' it hard for sure. It appears to be a private session (no corner workers) using the Grand East format due to the breakzone you can see at the top of the hill at the back straight.
On second viewing a see that there are some corner workers there, of course. Plus, I'm betting that these guys are doing testing for Car & Driver's annual Lightening Lap.
