ZR1 sales question

Has anyone that is on a list to buy a ZR1 been told by the dealer that they cannot sell a ZR1 to an out of state buyer?

Not I. Most of the cars on Ebay are being sold to people out of state.

Re: ZR1 sales question

Well I just got off the phone with the manager of Carl Black Chevrolet, Nashville, Tn and that's the excuse thay are giving me now. I told him he is a liar and full of bull s--t. And said the same thing you have just said.
Problem is who do you complain to that will do any good? No one.
And what's even worse, GM really does not care about how the customer is treated.

Norman, thanks for the reply and have a good weekend.

Re: ZR1 sales question

I told the manager that this issue was not over yet. It may cost me a few bucks, but I am going to take this as far as I can.

Thank you for the replies

Re: ZR1 sales question

I purchased Rick Daniels at Les Sanford Chev. I put $5,000.00 deposit down almost 2 years ago. No problems , no BS. I'm picking mine up within the next 10 days at the NCM. My cyber grey is BUILT!

Rick is back at MAXIE Price in Atlanta. I would Rick again. Rick over-delivers unlike some salespeople and Dealers around the country.

Like with all special edition corvettes this car will tank in 12 to 16 months. I'm selling mine by the end of the year and putting my money back into my retirement and use any overage to buy a new Z06 again, but this time at cost.

A friend of mine found a dealer in Texas that is giving him $5000. over MSRP a few weeks back, not too bad.

There was a very nice guy at the plant from Florida that had 2 of these cars being built a day apart. Both 3ZR's one JSB and the other Cyber Grey. He's selling one of them for $40,000.00 over and the buyer is paying the sales tax twice. 1 ZR1 was purchased from Les Sanford and another from his local dealer Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in South Florida.

BOL, Justin
