A good way to determine what your car is doing is to load your slips into a speadsheet (like msExcel) and to calculate ALL of your incremental times BETWEEN the splits printed on the time sheet. The incrementals will give insights not found on the slips themselves
As to your question, calculate the 60-330, 330-660, 660-1000 and 1000-1320, 60-1320, 330-1320, and the 660-1320 for all the runs you want to REALLY compare. Then sort the spreadsheet.
The shift to 2d is in the 60-330.
The shift to 3d is in the 330-660.
The shift to 4th is in the 660-1000.
I actually compute every possible combination including the trap differential.
The story will emerge.
As to what happened at HRP, first place to look is the 660-1000 split. Look to see if that incremental was off. If so, your shift point or speed of shift may be something to concentrate on. There can be several causes, but the answer will be found in the hard data that can be derived and calculated from the slips.
