Crew help needed for SCCA Roebling Road National Class T1; March 10-12

OK guys and girls,
I need some crew help for the Roebling Road National race - March 10-12. I'll be running in class T1 with my Z and need somebody that's reliable and has a general knowledge of cars. I'm looking for someone to help with tire temps, pressures, lap times, etc. There's nothing complicated about it and I'll teach you everything you'll need to know. I'm currently leading the SEDIV points race and want to keep it that way.

You need to be an SCCA member (or willing to join) to get on the hot pits. I'll take care of the hotel, drinks, food, etc. You don't need to bring anything except the shirt on your back and a willingness to learn and have fun.

Please contact me at: wtknght1@aol.com and let me know. The folks that have helped me in the past have had a blast and learned T1 racing from the ground up.

I'll be doing the test day on Friday, 10 March and the qualifying is on Saturday...and we race on Sunday the 12th. I need somebody for all 3 days, but can break up the days if need be. Please let me know.

Help... practice... ??? You don't just show up, roll your car off the trailer, get in and race? Maybe that's my problem.

FYI, I'll be at that race as well and look forward to Chris showing me the way around Roebling... and I'll need it since as usual I can't make the practice day.

Trust me, you won't have any problems learning Roebling. Go fast, turn right. That's it. It's flat and has a lot of sweeping right hand turns so you can really set your car up nicely. It's really, really easy to burn up your rear tires though...so don't go nuts sliding the car around.

It has a lot of run off room too so the track itself is very safe. C U there bud.

I still need some crew help though!!!

Chris is a great guy to crew for and I am going to try and make it down for Saturday and Sunday.

It will be fun to finally meet Subdriver! Roebling is a fun track that I have enjoyed in the past!

That's it? I'll try to keep all that in mind.

Actually, I've been to Roebling a fews times and it holds both good and bad memories for me. I did my first DE in the car there in Oct 01 or so and another in about Mar 02, both excellent events. And as you may or may not remember, I showed up to Roebling to run the Double National in Jul 03 and lost my motor in the first practice session.

Been a long time since I've been on that track though...
