Drag racing, help me...

I need someones advice on a few things. I need to know what pressure should I have in Hoosiers, a good way, technique to warm them up?
I did three passes with the mods I have now with a time of 11.97 for the 1/4 mile. I launched at 2600 RPM and went through all the gears around 6200.

Please someone help me to get better times!!! If I missed anything let me know. Thx

Congrats on the times

If you are running the Hoosiers road race tires then I think you did a good job.

What where your 60ft times like?

I don't have the 60ft. times this wasn't done at a track the times were taken from a european version of a gtech.
How long should the tires be warmed up for?
Should I change my rev limiter?

Both on ET Streets and Skinnies.

You should shift as high and fast as possible without hitting the limiter. If you can, move the limiter up a little to avoid hitting it, and shift about 6600.

Launch RPM is dependent on traction, I launch about 3500-5000 on ET Streets depending on available traction. You should spin just a little, then hook. On street tires I launch 1500-2500 depending. Hoosier AutoX tires will be somewhere in the middle.

Hello!

Check with the rep at Hoosier and see what pressure they say, I think from the past it's no less that 25 pounds on those tires.

Might be 24, can't remember. They have such a hard side wall it might not do you any good going lower.

As far as heating them up, if you don't have a line lock, check with Ranger or Steve Row, they can tell you how to do it. I'm sure others can as well but knowing those two, they are pro's at it.
