Drag Strip, or No?

Just curious. How many of you do NOT plan to run your Z on the drag strip this summer?
Yes, it is the Performance King but I bet some are not interested in running it on the strip.

I drove 180mph Junior Fuel dragsters. I gotta say drag racing is in my blood!!

I said I would never Drag Race again, but I feel I gotta take the Z to St. Louis International at least once...I got to get ready to blow gphlepsens doors off when we have a grudge match at the Cruise-In.

Boss lady says I am NOT going to do any drag racing...lol. Well, I will be at the starting line and I WILL put the hammer down!!

Been twice already. Best is a 13.13 112 at Albuquerque (5600ft). Corrects to 12.21 at 120mph at sea level. It's OK, but autocross and road racing is where the real fun is.

Will be at the track when the weather permits! I like to run my cars in any way they can be-so for the Z that means drags, autox and road course too!! Starting to really like road courses more and more...

Great idea about the drag day! Are you a member of the Corvette Club of Michigan? They regularly have a day at Milan, and Waterford Hills each year. Club meets at Stanford Chevy Service area on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm. See you on the 28th? I plan on driving the Z.
