"Dyno" results for Vararam & Corsa Z

My 2 sons just got back from the Dyno @ Brothers in Corona, Ca....They got some terrific numbers with the latest mod, the Corsa Z series Titanium, along with the Vararam...I can't post the graph until tomorrow, but here goes...

Dynojet Dyno
80.8 degrees
29.10 Barometric Pressure
550 ft. elevation
1.03 Correction Factor

382.9 SAE HP's
366.2 RWT

I am very very pleased with 383 with 2 mods...

Stock 353/347
Vararam 368/351
Now 383/366

All numbers are SAE Corrected

Greg

Wow, great numbers. I am suprised that the exhaust added as much hp and more torque than the Vararam. They both sound like great mods.

Have you found the Corsas to be too loud or having a resonance problem?

They are not too loud, but they certainly do resonate between 2100 and 2600...I'm trying to decide on a partition to keep it down...

Did you get the street or race version of the Corsa?

What is a vararam?

I have the Corsa Z titanium race series which is without mufflers. There are several posts concerning the vararam just do a search for it. They are also a vendor on this site. Greg

All I can tell you is that the 80.8 was the ambient...After 3 times to the dyno, the second pull always is the best by about 8 to 10 hp...The same is at the drags...The second run is the best mph...The computer must take a run to learn the air and whatever else...

Awesome numbers.

Do you have any other mods such as injectors, or a MAFT?

Thanks Dean

The sound canceling canister on the street system dose not reduce flow that means no loss of HP, but it dose eliminate the drone completely.
