Finally Got To The Track And Got Kicked Off After 2 Runs

I went to long island dragway today and got thrown off the track after 2 passes for not having a roll cage..... i ran a 11.21 @119 and 11.4 @121

60 ft: 1.613
330 ft: 000
660 ft: 7.262
mph(660) : 96.098

et: 11.216
mph: 119.562

anyway the car at launch was really violent felt good then half way down the track the car felt like it was losing power..... my boost gauge was reading only 4 to 5 pounds of boost..... so im thinking to myself what could be the prob... i open up my hood and i see black dust every where..... my supercharger belt was slipping..so i lost all power up top..... that made me some what happy because that means the car could go some where in the tens when i get the belt to stop spinning and make the normal 8 pounds.... welll it was a good day at the track just wasnt my time to run tens.... espically not with that guy who threw me off after running the 11.2

i forgot to add as i was waiting to line up at the tree.. a ford lightning pulled up and on the side of his car was a sticker of a guy pissing on a z06...... he ran a 12.7 .... that was my 11.2 run as i got to the end off the track i gave him my hazard lights.... that sticker made me mad but i showed him

Yeah get that thing looked at- you should be in the 10's if you got some decent tires hooking outbackI had the belt sliping when I had my vortech- I replaced the 6 rib with a 8 rib set up and a smaller pulley- even more hp

I HAVE THE VIDEO OF THE RUN BUT THE CAMERA SUCKED AND DIDNT ZOOM ENOUGH AND THE CAMERA MAN SUCKED SO U COULDNT SEE THE TIMES BUT THE WAY THE CAR LAUNCHED WAS SWEET..... JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN POST THE VIDEO IN THIS POST

that's a shame that a Lightning that only run 12.7s (some are certainly much faster than that...although one in 50,000 will run faster than your 10-sec capable car) has a "piss on" sticker.

That guy should be excommunicated from the Lightning brotherhood.

Real racers do not put those "piss on" stickers on their vehicles. Those are for wanna-be's.
