finally made it to 1/4 track

went to Ennis Friday night, huge crowd 400+ cars and took 5 hours to get 3 runs in....1) i was told track was slippery so I launched under 4000rpm and bogged...got a 1.83 60ft, 7.48 1/8th at 98.24mph and 1/4 was 11.55 at 119.39mph (i even shut down about 100ft before end of 1/4, not framiliar with track)...2) launched about 4500rpm+ with 1.77 60ft, 1/8th was 7.3 at 98.50mph with 1/4 of 11.45 at get this 113.09mph (missed fourth gear)....3) final run at near 1am was cleaner with 1.74 60ft and 1/8 was 7.28 at 99mph and 1/4 was 11.31 at 121.97mph....i think i left a little on the table and with a little more seat time should hit 11.1s at 125mph...previous week at 1/8th track i got 4 passes at 7.1s and 100 to 101mph...practice.

are you running ET's or BFG's? with a little practice and trial and error you should hit 11.1...

i hope i see you doing 10's soon though!
