HOLY S**T!! I THOUGHT I knew how good this car was. I really did; but today, well, I can't find the appropriate adjectives to describe it.
Took it to Pacific Raceways near Seattle which is an 11 turn 2.25 mi road course, with some good elevation changes and a very good straightaway. The Z performed flawlessly, no brake fade, very neutral handling, very well balanced. Until you've driven the Z on a road course you really can't fully appreciate just what it can do. I also rode with a very experienced race driver and I gotta say it IS a real eye opener. Even on the same line he was pushing it well past what I was doing and it still had more left.
The car absolutely connects with you and feels totally at home on a road course. Almost as if it has a soul and it senses this is where it truly belongs
I am still on an adrenaline high, Most fun I've had in years. This car kicks a$$!
Frank, I'm sure you have em but you may not afterwards
What you need to do is convince her that with your Z's new power you really need to "properly test it in a safe and controlled environment." You know, sort of a safety measure.
That was a great day, I don't think we talked but I know everyone else I talked to was havin a great day! It is amazing just to get a glimpse of what this car can do!

just to nitpick
Pacific Raceways is a 2.25 mile 11 turn track
with a very definitely decent straightway, higher speed achieved than many other tracks.
