Gulf Coast Chevy Show & Races Oct 4&5th!

October 4th & 5th at Bradenton Motorsports Park http://www.bradentonmotorsports.com the 2 day Gulf Coast Super Chevy event will have a Corvette only class!!!!! Footbrake only, no delay box or trans brake. (Keith will figure out how to run!!) So far the purse looks like $150 to win, $75 runner up, etc. (depends on turnout) for Sundays race, but if we get enough racers there on Sat they will pay $ then as well for us!!!!! I need a roll call ASAP...spread the word.
Camping is allowed on the grounds, so if you have a RV bring it...or the usual motels are near by.
Let's pack the place!!!

Somebody turned that web site in to a circus, too much crap flashing. Looks like a site for rice.

It's sad Tom, but without catering to the rice crowd...there is not a dragstrip in the country that can survive. A ricer night will bring out 600-1200 participants....and a regular points bracket night will bring maybe 150-200. Thats why we need to bring the vettes out in force or we will continue to be a shrinking minority.

Win money & the all corvette class is on Sunday, Sat will be full day/night session for several other classes...vettes can run in the footbrake class Sat for $ as well. Car show on the grounds also.
