I ran my first Pro 8 Contest

Mason Dixon Raceway I and some buddy's went to a Corvette meet on Saturday. They had the normal bracket race as well as a Pro 8 contest.
My line lock was not working so I had a hard time getting traction and the car didn't seem to run as strong as last time I went out.

Didn't do well in the Bracket race as I was taken out by one of my friends, but Won the Pro 8.

Like they say you have to be around to finish.. Last round me and a Pro Mod, he ran 9.33 all day and had the field covered, Pro tree, we left at the same time but he never made it off the line.. Just a lucky day for me.

Ernie

Thanks Rob,

Yep they were there.. Edgar is the one who took me out in the brackets.. Close race, 11.69 to a 11.70

To say the least, traction was not something we had.
