My dyno results

Dynoed the Z for the first time Saturday. Nice day, mid 70s low humidity. I have a 01 with 40K on it. It has a BPP lid and 4 tip stingers. Max HP was 345 and the max TQ was 336. I am plenty happy with that since someone told me I was looking at 330 or so to the wheels. The AFR was 12.0 all the way across. Dyno operator says there is a good 10-15 HP if I could lean it out a little. I would post the dyno charts but they didn't scan very well and are difficult to read. I will however post a couple of pictures just to give this topic a little more than these few sentances. I also did a almost top speed run. I told him not to hit the rev limited because i hate the way it sounds so it ran it up to 6300 or so in 5th. Dyno indictaed 174.88 as the max speed. I recorded it with the windows up and everything so I could pass out the video and have a little run with some people. However, the camera was already recording when I got in so when I put it on the speedometer and pressed record it paused so I got nothing! Oh well I doubt I could have made a believe out of anyone. It climbed so fast since it wasn't pushing the car. The dyno guy recorded the run and the whole time from 120-174 the car was making 320+ HP and TQ. Thats nice top end!

and a picture of the stingers with the exhaust plate, very sharp, glad I picked them up.

Nice #'s. I've got the same exhaust plate...2 Tip Stingers but my license plate frame has the name of a different SEC school.

When I dynoed the first two times it was in 4th. I just wanted a top speed run on camera and thats why the 3rd pull was in 5th. It still put down 332HP and 334 TQ in 5th.

I liked the 4 tip better than the 2 tip even though they were $100 more. I don't know why though. Those 2 tips are so dang big surely it isn't because they used more metal in the 4 tip.
