Before the clutch and track went south that is - definitely going to get the dealer to put a new clutch in under warranty.
Track conditions were pretty good - cold/dry air (42 degrees). Track was prepped with VHT but it was very cold and hard (dark) by the time they started, headwinds of 20 MPH gusting to 35 MPH.
Previous best MPH was 118.4, in fact at the same track only a month ago I was running high 117's. Tonight I had 4 solid runs where the clutch (and driver) did all the right things. My MPH on those runs were 118.02, 118.23, 118.42 and ... drum roll please, 119.05. Interesting to me is that I normally trap 92 - 93 MPH in the 1/8, tonight I was trapping 91 - 92, yet getting more on the top end - wind maybe??
60' times were poor, high 1.9X and a few 2.0X - I did manage 12.288, 12.189 and 12.177 - but that darn 11 second slip is so close - oh well.
Congrat's to Teddy on a new personal best tonight, I will let him brag
