We are one of the Sponsor's for this Saturday's 1 Mile Texas Shoot Out
at Goliad Texas. There will be a Lingenfelter STG2 Twin Turbo, one of our
H/C PKG cars and we will try to have our 427 NA PKG Z06 completed by Sat.
There will be a ton of fast cars as well as some Turbo Bikes on hand to run
the 1 Mile, join the event or you are welcome to come and watch.

Thats sounds like a FANTASTIC time!!! When is this event starting, and how long will it be lasting for? I might be down in Texas this weekend, and would love to come watch.....

I live 50 miles from Goliad and did not know they had anything but a quarter horse track. There are alot of long flat roads here on the coast, but a mile plus racetrack? Sounds great to me.

Damn, you guys in Texas have all the cool sh**. 1 mile races, Lg motorsports, 21st century muscle cars among others. And it seems like lots of good looking women too.

Its supposedly an hour southeast of Austin.

I was gonna go but I dont think its safe to run drag radials at that speed and my daily tires are almost bald. No time to get new tires in.

After looking at a local map, it could be that it will be held at Goliad Naval Auxiliary Landing Field located near Berclair Tx., not far from Goliad.
