I have two answers:

1) The C6Z will not run in the current T1 class; I think it is headed for a "Super Touring" class above T1. The Viper, sans restrictor and ballast, will be in this new class.

2) You are kidding, aren't you? Check the sides of my car, I sure aren't advertising a city in Arizona. Yes, Joe built this car, and it is a work of art. His shop does great work.
