race seats - cobra suzuka or sparco evo

I know the evo will fit in the zo6, how about the cobra . looking to purchase 2 race seats , did not decide which one yet. I am 180 pounds w/ a 34 waist. Any comments or suggestions appreciated. Not a daily driver car.

I have Sparco Evo II (it's the larger version) and it even fits (barely). I think you will need to fab up a base. I like it.

I think Subdriver has a Cobtra Suzuka, so I think they fit.

i have the sparco evos witha 32" waist, i would try sitting in them first to make sure you fit perfectly. But definately the evos over the cobras. Great seat!

you'll be calling gary at hardbar for the mounting hardware

Hey Ktz06,

I have the Cobra Suzuka seats in the GT width (38" waist, 200 lbs).

Car has full T-1 cage, which actually opens up a few inches of room where the armrest and lower door panel is cut away.

The seats had to be mounted about 1" offset to the outside to clear the console, and the upper door panel is jammed against the shoulder of the seat.

Standard width might just make it.
