Lou called today about the race. He set a new lap record for the course and led the most laps. The car gained 8 MPH on the top end vs. last year. The Vipers got bigger headers and bigger restrict or plates so they gain some real HP for this year. They haven't taken the motor apart yet so he is thinking injector may have went bad and leaned out a cylinder thus hurt a piston. Exhaust valve could have failed. Won't be sure until it is disassembled. Some good in car video to come and the race is on speedtv tomorrow. I guess 4 laps less practice and he would be holding a trophy. Unfortunately that's racing as we all know. St. Pete in two weeks. The other LGM cars finished 6th and 11th which is great for the first time out.

Hello from Florida -

My wife and I took in the Speed World Challenge GT race and part of the 12 hours.

You can imagine our excitement when Lou was in the lead. Prince among men, leader amongst vendors, Lou is my man!

We spoke to Lou, Lewis, and Anthony after the race. Lou broke with about 25% of the race left.

Lou is apparently unbelieveably competitive.

He was beyond after the race. I tried to cheer him up, saying, he was in first, obviously fast and that boded well for the season, but he said "I don't want to drive around, I needed the points,I want the championship!"

I think he will get it. Ever the gentleman, he left me with " Thanks for your business, Aaron"

We spoke briefly about my upcoming MWC ASR road race season as well.

Here is the first edition of last weekend at Sebring. QUalified 4th ran 2nd for 2 laps, then led until a valve broke and ended the day.

The car is poised to win some races. My team mates finished 6th and 11th in our other LG Motorsports Corvette C6 race cars.
