I don't drag race, but I would use comp mode if I did. The active handling should never come into play unless you were about to lose it and end up against the wall otherwise. Those walls are so close to the track at the drag strip.
We should ask the question again, but find out how many people prefer comp mode to turning everything off for drag racing.

I use Comp. mode on the street, but everything OFF at the track because the Comp. mode does not light up on the dash. I monitor the engine temp. on the DIC. I had a few runs that I forgot to put it in to Comp. so I just turn it all off now.
Comp mode. ALL ON will increase your times about .2-.5 seconds due to the "lag" that happens after it removes throttle. It doesn't reapply the throttle quick enough.

Hit the reset button. That's what I do at the track, so I can go through all the readouts. I usually cycle through the gauges when I'm on the long straights.
