Thanks Paul for hosting! My 3-4 synchro was shot making it a frustrating day. I hit the limiter on all shifts on that run and was lucky to grind it into 4th. I guess that's why we keep going back in search of that perfect run. On the 1.42 60' run I was more than a tenth faster at the 1/8 mile

Yep, Rob was on that day, for sure. He even took a pass in my car, and with a 1.59-60' (he didn't want to launch to hard and hurt it ) and hitting the limiter at least once, he managed an 11.3@123.
One thing that should be mentioned...that Camaro, which belongs to Marc, one of the great mechanics at ECS, is a nasty beast. Just listen to that cam (I think he told me its a +1.0 lift ) as it lurks up to the starting line. What you don't know (and can't tell from the video) is that the car lost its blower belt as it was just hitting the traps. That was likely a sub-8 run at 170+ if the belt had stayed on...just awesome.
