Who is going to WG for the PDA HPDE October 8th and 9th?
I spoke with Don Benson today at ECS and he has officially chickened out! How about the rest of the "Straightliner Gang", you know who you are. We need to start making plans.

Don didn't chicken out, he just doesn't have enough tread left on his tires to handle the turns at the Glen! He left a lot of rubber behind at Pocono and will catch up to the big guys next time.
I talked to Don and he has family commitments which suck, but such is life.
I will be going. I have not decided if I am going to run Saturday and Sunday or just Saturday. I am filling the check out this weekend so I will be deciding.
I also have not decided if I will follow you guys up from ECS or just go alone and meet you there.
Still looking to see who is going before I make my final plans.

Bob, We are planning on leaving Friday afternoon and staying for two nights, I spoke with Don yesterday and he as Soccer Tournament obligations that weekend. Chris has three rooms reserved, so I'm gonna try to get a head count by the end of next week and try to finalize our plans.
Looks like I'll miss you guys again - I will be at the Glen on Oct 5,6 with Trackmasters. How much track time do you guys get with the PDA?
FWIW - Those who qualify for Open Track with Trackmasters, get at least 4 1/2 hours of track time - or at least the option to be out that long. Students get 2 hours (only 1 run group). There seem to be fewer students than open track guys.

At least four 30 min sessions depending on how many are running in your group. Usually at a 2 day event one of the days wind up with 45 min sessions.

sounds good to me.... I will talk to Chris. I am ordering the C6 Z06 Shocks this week from FredBeans for a big discount over the 04 Z06 shocks. Hopefully they work and hopefully we can get them in before WG...

Hey Evan, Hope you can make it. We are signing up this week for both days. Chris is ordering my rear slicks this week and I'll be setting the car up with the track alignment. I should be ready for my lesson.
