Ok, I was looking into running "slicks" last year. C4 A-mold 17x11 rims fit on the rear of the car. (i've used them personally). I was told that in order to use a 16" wheel you would need to grind the control arm.

Ok, CCW makes the 10x16 wheel.. and to make them work you don't need to grind the control arm, All you need to do is knock the point off the upper ball joint.. you cam take a hammer or a small grinder and do this real easy.

17" wheels I think you can use ZR1 wheels with a offset, not sure as I don't use them but some have.

You might even fins a used set online. If you do got with ET Streets, make sure you have Skinny's up front (bias) ply tire.

If you go with the DR Radial version of the ET's then you can run you stock tires up front.

Hope this helps.

Ernie

You can use a set of 86 16x9.5 or some Firebird or the CCW drag package wheels with MT ET Streets 26x11.5x16. You will have to grind a little off the A arm, no big thing.

PM Luis Couto1981. I think he has the front z06 wheels with BF Goodrich drag radials on them. He can tell you the size he runs they looked pretty wide. HE's the guy with the EB Z you were running with at Capital. Don
