I believe they will (might) physically fit. IMO that tire is way to tall.
The stock tire has a diameter of 26.1 the 305/45/18 has a diameter of 28.8 (That's huge). That would be like going from the stock gear ratio of 3.42 to a 3.07 gear ratio if my math is close to being correct. Which is going back-wards if your making the change for performance reasons. Also the sidewall height will be 1.3 inches taller and it will look strange (funny). A better choice would be BFG DR's in 315/30/18.

I'm curious as to these tires being ok with a 3.90 rear? I have read in other posts that if you go up in the rear end ratio, you should get a taller tire. I wonder if these would throw any codes by keeping the stock diameter front tire and having these taller tires on the rear?

In terms of codes I am unsure - but you would certainly get a bigger contact patch to the pavement with a taller tire. Most drag guys go with a taller tire and more gear for the best traction and quick acceleration/60ft times.

With the 3:90s you may need more tire to hook.

That tall of a tire will change your 3.90's to a effective ratio in the 3.60's range

If im not mistaken, these are made for the Ford Lightning and will NOT fit.

Been there, done that.
