1/4 mile times for 604 rwhp z06- what do you think?

Back in January I modded my 06 Z06 with the following mods:
Vararam CAI
Kooks Full Length Headers 1 7/8" no Cats
Tune
488 RWHP & 466 RWTQ
With this setup I ran the following times:
60 ft 1.952 (street tires)
1/8 mile 7.386 @ 102.65 mph
1/4 mile 11.182 @ 130.30

In April while cruising on the highway my motor dropped a valve and was toast. It was replaced under extended warranty with a brand new LS7 Crate installed by GM. After dropping a valve I decided to go all out on the motor and had the following mods installed:
Stage 3 Cam and Heads Package
LSX-R Ported Fast Intake
Stock Ported Throttle Body
Yellow Terra Roller Rockers
SS Fererra Valves
Bronze Guides
LS-9 Clutch
Tuned
604 RWHP & 517 RWTQ
Now to my problem. When I take the car to the track after spending over 6k in mods I am only gaining 1 mph through the 1/8 and also 1 mph through the 1/4. Here are my results from the track:
60 ft 2.0
1/8 7.469 @ 103.03mph
1/4 11.22 @131.55 mph

I knew that running on street tires that my ET was not going to go down but the question I have is how could I have gained over 120 hp and only picked basically 1 mph (basically nothing). Once I took the car to the track I brought it back to the original tuner to see what went wrong. When he tuned the car we thought it would run around 137 in the 1/4. I launched the car easy at the track but there was no wheel spin. On the 2nd pass I launched harder but still no wheel spin. ET went down to 11.1 but the mph was the same. I figured with this setup on run flats I would be sliding down the track. Any ideas on what could be going wrong would be greatly appreciated. I am planning to take the car on a different dyno just for my piece of mind but has anyone else experienced this before? If you are intereted I have tons of info including time slips, videos, dyno charts, etc. Just let me know and I am happy to post them. Thanks again!

I'm gonna say your 60' and tires are your problem. Pull some 1.6-1.7 sixty foots, put some drag radials and see what happens.

Are you running traction control when you do a run?

You should be pulling a 137-139 MPH and with some slicks I wouldn't be surprised if you ran a 9.90 pass. My suggestion would be dyno somewhere else and see if you get the same numbers. Lastly, did you get your heads done by someone you "TRUST?" Because you might not have any head work done!

I see you are in Florida.
Were the runs that you are comparing performed in different air ? The humidity could have been at 80% on one day and 45 % on another. Throw in some different temperatures and you can have drastic different ET's.
I lose up to 7 tenths and 3-4 mph from good dry winter air to our everyday summer air.

You could be running low 9's with racing slicks and and good launch/hook.

Guys, I don't mean to be a naysayer here but the probablity of 9's, much less low 9's is very very small with 600rwp and 500rwtq.

Getting in the 9's is not as easy as task as you think :eek2:

I agree Mike! Mid 10s, maybe low 10s/9.90s with different gears and one of the best drivers.

Also, I would highly doubt these hp numbers on a N/A Z06 unless he has a MONSTER cam! Torque #s are in line but hp#s are too high for a 'street-able' cam!

604 HP 517TQ may not be enough for a 9. NoMercy ran a high 9 @143on Nitrous and a drag pack but it's numbers were 681 RWHP 741 RWTQ. Stock tranny and rear.

I think you guys are right. Maybe not 9.90's but a low 10 is achievable, will take really good hook up and a good driver. Might need a tad more power with ideal conditions, a flawless launch, and a freak car to get 9.90's. The only reason I said that it wouldnt surprise me is that I have seen things that have blown my mind on the track, as i'm sure we all have.

It all depends on your setup, the weather, driver and track.
Gary recently ran a 9.97 @ 138 with a Stock ZO6 motor and bolt ons. He has a RPS clutch, 410 gear and is cutting a 1.35 sixty foot.

I personally watched him launch a lousy 1.5 sixty foot, wheel hop a little so he let out, then got right back in it and still ran a 10.15 et. The dude can drive...very very good shifter too.
