Hey...the vette will be going soon (cough-cough). Tracy told me the block was due back by today and they could start.

Been thinking about the truck being down. Think I'm going to just build a motor and sell mine complete. That should recoupe my money for a new set of heads. Shouldn't be hard to sell a 12 second motor all new stuff ! I'm going to need a new intake and TB...when is that new Wieland going to hit the market.... Anyone know ?

That is awesome Ernie. Now you have to find someone to install it still ? Corvette Fever just listed Vette Repair places in each state. There are 2 in SC...Mail me if you need them.

By the way..I got a call from Rev-x today. My block is back, bored 10 over and Chris is supposedly starting on the motor tomorrow..HOPEFULLY THE BABY WILL BE BORN BY FRIDAY. That is what my x boss always said. Quote : I don't want to hear about the labor pains..I just want to see the baby..haha.

Man, you guys must have all been sitting around inside, because of all the snow. Sneak attack..all at once..LOL.

Hell, I was thinkin I might ought to bring both just incase you guys whip my Zo6...I could then put the "SLUG" truck on your butts !!! I will need something to win back all that beer and dinner money..LOL. I will have my kid drive the truck...I keep him starved down to a race weight of 140lbs....you know, like a horse jocky..haha. Don't worry...the chrome comes off when we hit the track...back to 15" rims and slicks !!

I can't talk any ZO6 smack, because I don't have one in my garage anymore ???

Watching the show Pass Time, right after Pinks last night..a 17 year old kid ran a new Busa with 26 miles on it down the track for a 9.24, pulling the wheel off the ground in 2 gears. Unreal !! I see them run 9.4 at the track all the time with very experienced drivers. This kid will be a force to deal with one day. Has been riding since 14.

Re: Ernie King & Zturd beware

Yeah..what happened to the pistons ??? I NEED MOTOR !!! I had 433 rwhp, 400 tq before..I am very anxious to see the dyno results from a new cam, ported Fast, forged bottom end and Rev-x TB.

Good thing I had the Silverado to keep me from losing my mind. I have to drive a chevy v-8 with a cam or I don't feel right..know what I mean ??
How do you guys take the snow ? I have to get in my vehicle at least a couple times a week.
