Which Maryland dragstrip is best. I am located near

college park, but don't mind driving a little farther to MIR vs. Crofton. Any comments, descriptions or suggestions appreciated.

MIR has been re-done. They say it looks really good. Crapital is still the same old place. Whatever is closer really or is open. We will see in the spring. Don

Is that 11.55 bone stock? Also, any advice on making

runs more quickly. I have two kids under 3 and that is why it has been hard to get out and makes some runs in my 08Z.

I had just a tune on my '06. It was at a Ranger MIR track rental. We got to run one lane with vht all the way down. There were other C6Z06's running 11.2's-11.6's.

MIR is by far the Best, Cecil County would be next, Richmond would rank up there with MIR and then Capital Raceway.. just stay away from Capital on Friday nights...

Good luck and be safe...

MIR hands down, no question is by far the best. Traction is superb, Its 80' above sea level and run very professionally. I live in Crofton 5 minutes from Capitol and go to MIR for all the reasons above. Ranger, Jamie Furman, dgdoc and other well known racers get their best times there, myself included.

I have run at MIR and Capitol Raceway. Far and away MIR is best. Ditto on Capitol on a friday night, it is way too crowded.
