With the new ignition it should make about 1400hp at 14#. The tuneup that is in it now should make 2300-2400hp at 32psi and about 2700hp at 40psi. AMS is setup to run about 33psi out the back door right now. If it runs clean it should go 170mph to the 1/8 mile.

Just a quick update, Phil was able to secure a spot for his car at the rental on Friday.......IIRC, his car runs in the sevens at over 200 mph for the quarter mile. Can't wait to see that, should be awesome!
See y'all there on Friday. Norm and I are leaving KC in the morning, should be at the hotel mid afternoon on Thursday. Need to get the car unloaded and drive the crap out of it to get rid of all the old 91 octane gas that's in it.

Hey All,
Just a brief update about todays track day at MIR:
A rainstorm blew through here last night and soaked the track pretty well and shortly after we arrived at the track this morning it rained a bit more. By the time it quit and the staff got the track dried off it was a bit after noon.
There were some seriously fast cars here today. A few of us got some new personal bests. (me included) Z06Phile was here with Pitt and Rick and got a bunch of video which I know Dan will post on youtube once he gets it edited and titled which is going to take some time for sure. We'll be sure to update this thread with links once they are up.
One of the cars here today blew his engine near the end of his run and lost control, crossed over the other lane and hit the wall twice, causing serious damage to his car. It took a couple of hours for the track staff to get everything cleaned us but they did a great job and got things going again.
The Charger that crashed was badly damaged, but thankfully the driver is OK.
I'll be updating this thread with more info once I get home. Right now I'm beat fron the day and the trip and need to get some sleep,,,,,

Great to see everyone, I agree. Jimbo ran (I think) a 10.64 maybe. You have to remember, he was only running about 23 degrees timing too. He was sitting on a lot of hp.
