Quarter mile - when do I need a rollcage

Hey all,

I'm thinking about doing a Magnuson in the near future. That should put my '02 stock (mostly) Z06 nicely in the mid 11s. If so, will I get kicked off the track for not having a roll cage? I thought that 12s required a helmet, and 11s needed a partial roll cage, and 10s was full roll cage. How do you guys with C6 Z06s do it? I can't believe they'd force a totally factory stock car to get a rollcage, but who knows. Not sure which sanctioning body will be for when I find a track around here.

NHRA rules....

A helmet is required for the driver of any car or truck running 13.99 seconds or quicker in the quarter mile, and for the rider of any motorcycle.

A roll bar is required in any convertible running 13.49 seconds or quicker in the quarter mile, and in other cars beginning at 11.49. The roll bar is accepted in vehicles running as quick as 10.00 second e.t., provided the stock firewall and floorboard is intact.
A full roll cage is required in any vehicle running 9.99 seconds or quicker, and any vehicle running 135 mph or faster (regardless of e.t.).

There are plenty of shops that do roll bars, check for a forum sponsor in your area.
