Hotel Reservations Corvettes at Carlisle 2003 information
I have contacted, Ann Mease, the area sales manager for Hersha Hospitality, which controls most of the name brand hotels in the Carlisle area. I have made an agreement with Ann to reserve 15 rooms at the Holiday Inn and Conference Center for Friday and Saturday, Aug 22 and 23. The Holiday Inn has a full service restaurant, conference rooms and all the amenities.
The group rate quoted is $119.00 a night plus tax. To get this rate you will need to call the Holiday Inn direct at 717 774-2721 and mention that you are part of the Z06Vette group.
The group block is open for reservations from Jan 28 until Aug 01, 2003 when any rooms not reserved will be released. If the demand is overwhelming, then as long as there are open rooms, we can increase the number of rooms in our group block. So lets get the whole darn thing
I received a confirmation email from Holiday Inn and Conference center for our group block of 15 rooms. Please hold off until Tuesday before calling and making reservations. The rooms have been blocked, however, our group (Z06Vette) will not be in the systems until Tuesday 28 Jan.
Again, when you call you must inform the reservation agent that you want the group rate ($119.00) for Z06Vette group.
