So I see we have covered all 50 states. But what about us foreigners ? Germany, Poland, Italy etc. We don't have our "special" place on the Forum like the Northeast brothers & sisters and etc. ?

You are just on extended TDY...

When there are so few of you overseas you can talk to each other directly to coordinate an event or just post a item in MISC forum.
