Who will be attending Corvettes at Carlisle 2003

All,

I am coordinating to try and get us a Z06 Corral on the show field at Corvettes at Carlisle. The information (Lisa) Events at Carlisle asked me to provide them are:

1. How many members attended in 2002
2. How many members expect to attend in 2003

I would also like to know how many members attended in 2001.

If we can get a Z06 corral, I will plan on attending all three days in 2003 and coordinate activities .

So please respond to the poll and answer all questions that apply. Feel free to post any suggestions or questions for the Z06 corral in this thread.

Mods - Please feel free to move this to get more exposure and if you could make it a sticky.

Excellent topic, Kevin!
I've enjoyed Carlsisle for years. It's one of my favorite shows!

The biggest hassle is finding hotel rooms because it's so popular. Have you discussed help in securing hotel rooms with Lisa?

Can't wait till next year's show, escpecailly if we have our own Z06 corral.

I was there in 01' 02' and will be there in 03'. I was there Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will do the same this year. I was in the C5 Registry area and parked with a few Z06vette.com guys. MSiska, Panza and Carzzy come to mind.

Tom, Leslie, Sorry I missed you all last year. This year we'll be ready!

It would be neat for all of us to be in the parade. When the weather is nice it makes for a great street party afterwards when all the cars are lined up downtown.

sounds good-I was with a girlfriend and we ended up with dates that night at the french restaurant downtown
We did see where the parade ended and everyone partying in the streets, looked like a blast

I'm trying to decide between the Woodward Avenue Cruise in Detroit or Corvettes at Carlisle??

Can't do both.

Dragon, that’s a difficult choice. Glad I'm not making it...
I'm going to the 50th in June and Corvettes at Carlisle...
Wish I could do more....

I went in 2002 and will go in 2003 and would be willing to help at Z06 corral for a shift but I want to see the show also. I will probably just go Friday and Saturday. I will be staying at a hotel this time instead of driving up each day.

Go to Carlisle, 82 acres of corvettes

I just got my acknowledgement of my online registration in the mail on Saturday. It din't have any indication of the note I put on wanting to be in the Z06 corral) They also did not send any stickers in advance so I will have to stop at the entrance to get that. I probably would have stopped anyway for my goody bag
