That said ... the group I was in at VIR had "relaxed" passing rules ... except in corners ... anywhere on a point by ... (needless to say, my left arm was tanned and tired at end of two days of this ... :eyes: )

You're probably right, Denny. But I'm trying to help Oli get the Corvette Racing section off to a strong start and it just seemed like 'racing' should be in the title someplace
I've been on the road course quite a few times - both with my car and other cars. And then there is the MM run where you get to apply what you've learned.
