I was passed by this Turbo porsche but not until turn one, check the rear view mirror coming out of nine at the start of the video, he was fast until he had his moment. I also learned that MPSC are dangerous in the cold see my spin below Oh yeah never look in your rear view mirror when approaching turn 3 it's a recipe for disaster.

Re: Willow Springs raceway 12/12/07

Mark better be careful in the future. That's one of the only places on the track you can really mess up your car. If memory serves, there is a wall off to the left right after turn 3. If you can swing it, the right side is a better option.

I always get a little sideways coming off 3; I think it's a little off camber. But admittedly he apexed a bit too early.

But it looks like you all had fun out there. Who was sanctioning it?

Everything you said is correct, I took a bad line I thought I had mentioned that, cause looking in the rear view mirrow. On the right as far as possible is where I should have been heading into turn 3 which is off camber. I never knew that because I never drive over there. There were many lessions learned that morning. I will say had I not taken those classes at Spring Mountain I probably wouldn't have gotten away unscathed.
