Just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. After wanting a Z06 for about the last 7 years, finally dropped the hammer and bought Jub Jub's yellow mean machine. It's quite a step up from my 96' LT1 coupe. John has done a great job with everything he's done to the car and I really don't think I could have found a better set-up or maintained car. I plan to continue taking care of it the same way.
Just to tell you a little about myself. I'm 55 and retired from the AF. Still working at Robins AFB doing some of the same things I did while active duty (supply). I'd like to retire tomorrow, but with two kids still in college and a house payment, still punching a clock. This is my third vette with the first being an 84'. I've loved everyone one of them, and this one is definitely keeping that trend going. I've done a little autocrossing & bracket racing with both vettes and just last year started doing some DE's. Still in the green group but was happy to pass a few nice cars in my last outing (including a Z06).
Look forward to getting to know everyone and begin posting on the forum. A couple of you may remember me as I came up with Jub Jub for the fest last year. Had a great time and am trying to work out coming again this year. You guys have a great thing going and I had a blast last year, especially on Mark's little stroll to the distillery.

So, Jub, what you drivin' now? I've been busy this summer, and haven't kept up. But the boys are back in school, baseball is over (until fall ball for the younger one) and I have some time again. Oh yeah, we were just in your neck of the woods, down in Atlanta for a Cubs sweep!!! Beer sure tastes good when the Cubs are winning!!!

Bean - Jub picked up Mike's (Mikez06) '92 Honda Civic. It had too much power for Mike after he put on the turbonator and fart can. Jub can handle it
