Actually, I guess the long time rivalry between U of H and UCLA is way past dead. Kinda makes the joke here a bit outdated.

I went to U of H right after Elvin Hayes and the gang broke the UCLA winning streak in the Astrodome. Played a little B-ball for Guy Lewis (before I got cut) and the U of H and UCLA rivalry was still strong. Unfortunately, unlike UCLA, U of H hasnt't had a team since Phi Slamma Jamma that was worth a damn.

I enjoy watching film of Lew Alcindor and Bill Walton in their days at UCLA.

Hakeem did a job at your school in the '80's. Physical BB, I dig it!

I also really enjoy NFL Football, a lot!

I'll be traveling with several retired NFL and Nba players to IRAQ and South Korea the 1st quater of '08 with the USO to help entertain our troops. This will be my 4th trip since '03.

I hear from friends there that the violence directed at our troops has been cut down significantly, you know the press in this country, THEY suck with their embellishments of the situation.

When I was in the green zone this past winter, bombs were literally going off within 200 yards of us.
