I got a call today while out in the field with the boss...seems that my foster son Steven had a 'blowout' while at school today. He threatened to kill himself and ripped his shirt off, tried to choke himself
Luckily he goes to day treatment school at a mental health facility, so he was around people to help and not at home or somewhere else.
I went to admit him to the hospital tonight, please put him on your prayer list for me!
Leslie, I'm so sorry to hear this. Please know that you and Stephen are in my thoughts and prayers.
Bob

It is always sad to see young people wrestling with their demons. Prayers, love, compassion and a willingness for their elders to do the hard work with them are the only solution. God bless.
Leslie, we've never met but you seem like a truly amazing person. Your foster son is lucky to have you in his life. Don't give up hope. I'm positive you'll find a way to help him.
Prayers on the way.
Jake
