Thanks for the encouraging words buddy. You know me, I try hard to make a difference, no matter what. But sometimes, you can only polish a terd so much. They just don't believe in discipline or respect any more. Its a new Army..... But not MY Army......

I share your concern. I run into a few bright stars occassionally and they are GOOD...but I believe, in general, our workforce has slipped in motivation and competency. It's a real challenge for the businesses and the military units I work with. Seems to be only a few that make the right things happen and the rest are happy to merely go along for the ride.

Today's Air Force is absolutely no different. Worse in some cases. I wont be staying in for another term. Hang in there Glen, it will be over soon.
