Hey everyone,
My good buddy and lifelong friend Tom, (YumaZ06) suffered a heart attack a little less than a month ago and was hospitalized for a few day afterwards while recovering from it and the stent they inserted into the blocked artery that caused the attack. All seemed well and he was recovering nicely until this past wednesday when he went to the doctors office for some follow-up and an EKG showed a very high, irregular heartbeat. He was immediately sent to the ER where they did more tests which showed that one of his heart valves is damaged and needs repaired. They flew him to Tucson last night where they will perform open heart surgery probably tomorrow to fix the problem. I just talked to him and he asked me to post up and request that we all keep him in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you all for listening!
