No signal on Satellite radio

Today I tried to activate a trial subscription on the Satellite radio.
All I get is no signal. Called Sirius and they sent a refresh signal but nothing. Still no signal. I am guessing there something wrong on my end. Anyone else have this issue?
2009 ZR1.

Thanks
Steve

Re: No signal on Satellite radio

Don't want to ask a stupid question but you do have the car outside and not in a garage?

Re: No signal on Satellite radio

Hi Bruno,
It was outside. I googled the issue and someone from GM tech support said that there was a known issue with that but did not say what it was. It was an old post.
I can program stations in and it recognizes them but no signal.
Some have suggested a problem with the antenna. I''l check that out next.
Thanks
Steve

Re: No signal on Satellite radio

I'm thinking the antenna is at fault. No way to know for sure, just a hunch.

Thanks Jub,
I'll put that off to the spring I guess. No sense having satellite radio in the winter.

Steve
I forget you're up North. I drive my Vette all year around so I would have withdrawal symptoms without XM/Sirius.

Re: No signal on Satellite radio

I had a similar issue. No signal the tech at XM/Sirus told me to turn off my blue tooth connection and then resent the signal everything worked. Then I turned my blue tooth back on and everything works great.
