Recaro Pole Position seats??

I am running the leather pole position.

Not that easy to install-1.5 hours for first one. No real instructions, but fairly intuitive.

The seat looks good and is comfortable. I am 6'2" 230.

Do track lots of track days.

When I was at the SEMA show I talked with the the guy in the Recaro booth about putting their seats in a Corvette and he said that they did not make a bolt in Recaro seat for a Corvette, something about GM not giving them permission. If you know other wise please let us know what they are

They may not have given them permission-but:

1) pictures of the recaro pole position installed

2) some drilling of the adapter bracket required to fit the bolt pattern on floor
3) had to get some various bolts, washers and nuts to complete the fastening the slider tracks to the adapter bracket
4) had to remove the stock seat belt receiver-not enough room between seat and tunnel

It can be done, and the seat is quite comfortable for long drives

I have them in my 350z track car and they are great. really hold me in. All I know i that you need an corvette bracket and if you look around you can find them.
