Autocrossing at the Black Hills Corvette Classic last weekend were two 2002 Z06's. The one Electron Blue from the factory with manufacturer's plates and another black one with North Dakota tags. I know about the EB Z, but I didn't realize other 02's were in the public's hands as of then. Are their some early releases?

Don't know where the Black one came from, but the EB was Russ's. They are hitting showroom floors this week.

Hi! I recognize your sig from other forums and/or the C5 Registry. Nice to see you here.

Frank is right, my '01 Torch Red with solid black interior is for sale. I sent an ad to Hemmings Motor News which should be in the next issue. The car has memory, floor mats, and body side moldings, with 3,240 loving miles on it! Of course, I have all the paperwork including window sticker, emissions sticker showing 50 state emissions (RPO FE9) and odometer mileage statement. Michigan law requires the selling dealer to provide a document authenticating the mileage on the new car at delivery. Mine had 2.0 miles, and was stored indoors at Rinke Chevrolet before I bought it on 2-12-01.
The MSRP is $48,750 and the ad in Hemmings has a $45,900 asking price, but I am open to all serious offers since I am anxious to get the '02 Electron Blue Z06!

BTW, no one has ever smoked, eaten, or drank in this car, and it has had two oil changes already! Yes, it is my baby!
