2003 LS6 Motor for sale

1011 Views 6 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  FirstGear
I have a 2003 LS6 for sale.

We took this motor out of my race car after 18 races. This was done for maintenance reasons only, so the engine runs good, not a leaker.

This is a crate motor bought new from GM.

Intake and exhaust manifolds are not included.

I am asking $3,200 plus shipping.

email me at [email protected] if interested.

Thank you in advance for your interest.

David,

Are you opening the season at Summit in April? If so, I'll see you there. A friend of mine is running an ITC (I think) Datsun 510 out of the Datsun Dynamics stable.

:D
Larry,

I am starting my 2005 season in Memphis, TN next weekend. I am slated for another round of driving leasons from none other than subdriver...

BTW, this motor made 354 RWHP before I had it replaced. It is a good LS6. C'mon, someone make me an offer!

David,
I think we'll both be getting one from Dave Roush. Mike McGinley and Jeff will be tough as well. Going to be a fun weekend. My goal is top five...

I'll trade you eight slightly used Goodyear GS-CS tires straight up... :D
Brad,

Jeff emailed me saying that him and Roush are not planning on driving down to ole Memphis next week. I think it is 13 hours for Jeff, probably 10 for Dave.

So far I think it's me, you and Mike.

Bummer. Okay, now I'm shooting for a top three... :D

Good news is with us paired with AS, T2, T3, SSB and SSC there will be a whole bunch of cars behind us making us feel like heroes.
