A vendor posting the same or like product may not post ANYTHING
on the same thread as the first vendor, nor make a comparison as such.

He may, however post in a SEPERATE thread his offer and pricing so long as he does
not mention the first vendor in any way.

This is meant to discourage arguments between vendors and eliminate confusion of the user.
