Additional front lowering?

1062 Views 8 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  FUBU69
I had my Z lowered front and rear to the lowest settings. In fact I had the after market lowering bolts installed in the rear for additional lowering. Front now seems a little high. Should I have the front bushing trimmed to get front lower or just raise rear to even up? Will cutting the front bushings make the front too low?? TIA FUBU69/LES

Les, GMAN has taken his front bushing out of his FRC, his car is very low.

Les,
Don't make the same mistake I did after I used the rear lowering kit, get that nose down.

FUBU- Your car looks awesome!

I see what you mean... just barely.

Have you had any problems so far with the lowering?

I would take that into consideration before lowering the front. Your car looks great though.
Les.
That's what my car looked like before she started to fly. I am not one for cutting my bushings but many have.
Just keep it under 110 mph until you decide what you are going to do.
These cars are designed to have the air blow over the top and when the nose is lifted up it is too easy for the air to get under the car.
Please be careful.
Thanks AGENT! I'm going to have to buy a fork lift to help get me in and out! LMAOL!!!FUBU69/LES
