Thanx all for the compliments, We try to deliver the best.

zman,I understand where your coming from but if you truly knew what went into these, the cost of business & not to mention GM Licensing you would agree that there fairly priced.

Thanx /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif

We have cars that cost 50k and $600.00 is too expensive? Stay away from Design Specialties chrome parts they may send you to the hospital. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I have admired the non-Z06 covers at the autobuffs site. Many of them certainly look very good. I can imagine the work that goes into them. I have been considering covers for my QS Z06, but I would to have them in matching QS as opposed to the red. Are you making any in QS or chrome for that matter?

I agree that the "Z06" is a little large. Seems misplaced compared to the other lettering. Centering it in the middle may look nicer too. But more noticeable is it doesn't match the logo on the fender or the other GM printed logos. Usually the "Z" is red with silver "06". It would look like it "belonged". Also, the "6" on the upper cover is crooked, leaning forward.

I wouldn't pay $600 for these ones. A revised version with "correct" logos and other colors would get my interest. Then I may be inclined to pay that price. This is just the opinion of a potential customer.

I do understand... BUT

The logo is a "correct" GM logo! If I made it the same as the badge on the side of the car the red "Z" would not show, They can be made ANY WAY your heart desires these are just the first of many designs.

They are made to be different, please understand that./phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Noel, they are INCREDIBLE! If I was keeping my Speedway White I would grab them. We will be talking very soon about a clone in EB. IMHO the price seems relative to the quality, artistry and workmanship. You are excellent at what you do, thanks for offering those covers to this forum.FUBU69/LES

I will be doing something with you guys soon. I am still waiting for my Hennessey Z600 engine package. When I get the go ahead as far as engine shipment I will be contacting you for some custom work.

BTW what is the average length of time for a custom painted set like these to be completed?

JMHO You get what you pay for. I've talked extensively to Noel on painting fuel rail covers. There is a tremendous amount of painting and sanding that goes into these, not to mention the airbrush detailing from a tallented artist. Having had my own covers painted at work, and having to do all the sanding myself to assure no orange peel, I can surely appreciate the time he puts into his work!!

Actually, I think the price is cheap when you consider the amount of time and effort put into these. If you don't believe it, just try doing it yourself, then throw them away and give Noel a call!!
