Mine needs to have it done, but I'm in no hurry as I don't drive it during the winter. I am REALLY hoping GM will issue a TSB so I won't have to deal with Dealer BS.

I'm still not sure, but I think I may have a small leak in my booster. Either it's a leak or the LS-6 has a heck of a lot of engine braking. Unless it gets worse, I'll save myself a trip to the dealer.

I have the part #'s for those that are interested

Booster 18026035
Gasket 10160244

I'm going to have the dealer order & replace as I have notices some drag comming off high engine braking. Not anticipating any problems at my dealer, but if I experience any I will post

Mine has the problem, the dealer has rec'd the new booster. Hope it solves the problem. The dealer was reluctant to call tech assist, didn't want to read the forum posts, I finally said that some have gotten approval with a call & no test ride, his eys lit up (free money). What a pain in the a$$, lets see if they true my rotors.

I have noticed that my brakes do stick on after moderate braking.I intend to wait till there is a TSB,so I do not have to go through the bs of educating a service department of what Vette is supposed to do,besides we probally have another 2 months of winter!DJ

No problems after 1K miles. I need to move out of the snow belt - not driving the Z for two weeks and no end in sight is driving me nuts!

No brake booster problem here, at least I think. I have never had sticking brakes. I have, however, noticed bogging down at WOT with the traction control on when I shift gears. This doesn't happen in competitive driving mode, which leads me to believe what I am feeling is normal traction control operation (This is my first car with TC). Therefore, I am of the opinion that I am problem free at 1200 miles. /ubb/smilies/wink.gif If anyone thinks what I have described above is not normal and is related to the booster please feel free to chime in.
