I need to check with the guys/gals to make sure I'm breaking in my Z the right way (I picked up my 02 on July 31st from the Dan Kane dealership in Windsor Ont.). My problem is this: The 02 manual implies that the recommended shift speed at 30 mph (50 km/h) is 3rd gear?? The tac shows 21 grand at this setting and speed and it seems/sounds to me that the engine is working too hard at this setting?! Don't get me wrong; I love rumbling through town slow like this; I just don;t want to do irreparable harm to the car early (or late) in it's development! I owned the 97 C5 and it never was 100% (computer problems is my guess).
Is there any possibility that you could post this message for me, and later I'll figure out on how to log in (hopefully with some help). My e-mail is [email protected]

IAmCanadian! welcome, as long as you keep your speed under 60 mph and vary the rpm's and be easy on the brakes, you car will be broken in just fine.
