Bought some of this stuff recently, and it works GREAT!

Blue Coral Bug Remover Gel (it's blue)

Smells like oranges, it's a gell so it won't run off.

Spray in on a rag and wipe off the bug guts, or spray it directly on those stubborn welded on buggies.

When I got home (800 mile trip) from picking my car up in Chicago
I had bug guts and carcasses plastered all over my front end. Went to Pep Boys and saw this stuff. The other brands had petroleum distillates and / or were somewhat caustic in nature.

Thanks for the tip. Sal Zaino had suggested using WD-40 to me to remove bugs and Tar. It works pretty good also.

WD-40 has petroleum distillates in it. Not good for paint!

Every polish/wax product made has petroleum distillates in it, WD40 will not break down Zaino, it will break down carnauba wax products though. :)
