will the high static compression of the z coupled with boost be a problem with 91 octane? how many stock short blocks have gone from the maggie even at 8 lbs?

My I/C Maggie is tuned for 93 octane. On a recent trip to NV I discovered that the presence of 91 octane in the tank showed up everytime I attempted a little spirited driving in the desert. I questioned my tuner prior to the trip and he said the 91 wouldn't be a concern as long as I was "careful" with my right foot. I think the bottom line here is to make sure the tuner tunes the engine for 91 and you won't have any problems.

I couldn't be happier with the Maggie. Very dependable and the power is there NOW no matter what RPM you happen to be at.
