I have had these in stock for months but forgot about them!
I installed some last night on my 99 coupe and took some quick pics. I like em!
A pain in the ass to install but worth it. They do install from the front opening so no need to remove anything. Its a tricky install and you will need patience! 49.95

We need SS screens for the side cowl vent and the rear lower fascia vents too.
You can do this yourself by taking a stock C5
Air Filter and trimming the screen to the size
you need with a piar of scissors. A little silicone or hot glue and you can do the side gills and the rear facia with a couple of air filters.
I did my side gills and I think it looks great!
Good luck,

I think I like that. I'd also like to know how they're attached ...

let's see some pics of those cowl vent screens.
I wish I knew how to post pics! Arhg! They do look good.
The Gill Vents are accessible by removiing part of the wheel well.
There's about six small bolts on each side. I cut the screen a little larger than the opening and then press formed the screen over the opening from inside the wheel well. I have heard of another
person using hot glue to attatch the screens, I used scilicone and taped the screens in place untill the glue dried and then removed the tape. The screens are subtle, but I like them and they look like they were there from the factory.
Good luck,

Very Cool Indeed

WOw!

They look great and with the change in weather I have been looking for something like this to keep the leaves out of the vent.

For guys like me that are too lazy to make our own, does anyone make them pre-cut? They sure look great in the pics, I bet they add alot to the side view of the car! :) :z:

Nate, are these precut and ready to install?

Can you estimate the time required (if you're NOT patient and like to curse and such)

:)
